Repeat orders and home delivery is easily managed when you order from JOBST. Here are the easy to follow steps to ensure your patient receives their repeat JOBST lymphoedema compression garment delivered directly to their door.
If your patient cannot attend clinic, a repeat order with home delivery may be particularly helpful to ensure they continue to self-manage their lymphoedema.
Repeat orders are available with or without a prescription.
A schema number is an exact repeat of the previous JOBST garment. It is a unique identification number for each garment manufactured. It can be found on the order sheet inside the packaging of the garment. This is the easiest way to order a repeat JOBST garment. The schema number, or order form, contains the patient’s limb measurements which are required as this is a bespoke ‘made-to-measure’ garment.
If you do not have the schema number OR the latest order form, call our Customer Services team on 0845 122 3600 as we will help locate the patient’s previous order. You will need the patient’s name and date of the patient’s last order to enable Customer Services to complete a search.
Home delivery is available for prescription or direct repeat orders. Your patient has a choice of how to obtain their repeat order.
If this is a repeat order with prescription, JOBST Delivered* offer a home delivery service. The patient needs to simply send their prescription in a freepost envelope along with the latest JOBST order form or schema number. Home delivery is also available through other Dispensing Appliance Contractors (DACs). Offering your patients’, a choice of how to obtain their JOBST compression garment. A local high street pharmacy will advise about their delivery options.

If this is a repeat direct order (no prescription), simply provide us with the patient’s home address on the JOBST order form and we will deliver directly to the patient. Email the JOBST order form to compression.uk@jobst.com
