Quick and easy to register

Its quick and easy to register. You just need an email address. Visit https://order.jobst.com/uk and complete the registration form online to receive your temporary password by email. You're then ready to explore the JOBST range and start ordering.

Dispenser of choice

If your patient chooses to use JOBST Delivered as their dispenser for their lymphoedema compression garment prescription, they will need to update their nomination details. JOBST Delivered can help your patient to do this or they can contact their GP directly. To nominate JOBST Delivered, the Dispensing Appliance Contractor is Daylong Direct (FJ708). Send an email to jobstdelivered@daylongdirect.co.uk with the patient's name and NHS number for their support in managing nomination. 

Note: The patient can amend or cancel their dispenser of choice at any time.

Full order details

Please ensure that for online prescription orders, the patient's full details are provided - first name, last name and full address. Please check the spelling of the patient's name is accurate. This information ensures the order can be matched to the prescription and without this information, it may cause a delay in the order being processed. 

Note: middle name and title is not required.

Multiple items in one order
Multiple items can be placed on one order for a patient. Separate orders do not need to created for left/right compression garments or different colours. If repeating an order, use the 'copy order' function. Use 'copy measurements' to inherit measurements from a patient's previous custom-fit order.
Prescription fees

For a patient under the age of 60 a prescription fee is payable or a completed exemption is required* to process the prescription order. Please provide this information either in the comments section of the JOBST Online order or for postal orders, complete the order card and include in the envelope. 

*England only

Order status is 'pending approval'
This means we haven't yet received the prescription for this order. You can check the prescription tracker to locate a prescription using the barcode on the prescription. The prescription may have been sent to another dispenser e.g. local pharmacy. In which case, please notify JOBST Delivered by calling 0808 196 6250 or emailing jobstdelivered@daylongdirect.co.uk.
Order status is shipped but not received
This means the item has been manufactured and dispatched to JOBST Delivered. Once received, we dispense to the delivery address provided (patient or clinic) via Royal Mail.
